Abstract

This case study investigates a unique presentation of pancytopenia in a patient featuring an unusual neurological symptom. The exploration covers the clinical features, examination findings, clinical hypothesis, intervention, and outcomes and engages in a comprehensive discussion on the diagnostic challenges and management strategies associated with pancytopenia.
